Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

 

Delivery Costs

Orders over £500: Free standard delivery across the UK

Orders under £500: £49.99 standard delivery charge

Oversized or installation-required items: Delivery costs will be quoted individually

 

Processing and Delivery Times

Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

Standard UK delivery: 3–7 business days (dependant upon stock)

Large or installation-required items: Delivery and installation will be arranged individually.

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a dispatch confirmation with tracking information.

 

Large or Special Orders

For oversized or bulk orders, we may arrange delivery directly through the manufacturer or a specialist courier. We will contact you with full details before your order is shipped.

 

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Additional charges may apply if multiple delivery attempts are missed.
