At just 20.9 cm (8.2″) in depth and 92.1 cm (36.3″) wide, the ANKER 3 installs flush against walls or studs, preserving valuable floor space while delivering full cable functionality.

Four Independent Pulley Zones

It features two fixed high and two fixed low swivel pulleys. A single pulley setup provides a 2:1 resistance ratio, and using both pulleys together delivers a 1:1 ratio, ideal for heavier compound movements like rows or presses 

Selectable Weight Stack

Users can choose from 150, 200, or 225 lb weight stacks. The 1:2/1:1 pulley setup ensures effective resistance options for both beginners and experienced lifters.
