DESCRIPTION.

The Torque Fitness F9 Adjustable Bench was crafted to complement the free standing F9 functional trainer or stand alone in a rack setup for home or light commercial use. It features five back rest positions, accommodating everything from flat presses to shoulder inclination and is engineered to stay stationary under heavy load. 

Flat-to-Incline Versatility

Five adjustable angles allow users to transition smoothly from flat (0°) to incline positions perfect for dumbbell presses, flies, and seated shoulder work. 

Heavy-Duty Build & Load Capacity

Constructed for serious lifting, the bench supports up to 500 lb of load and incorporates a reinforced frame suited for repeated use in functional training systems or standalone setups.

Stable, Portable Design

Non skid footpads prevent movement during lifts, while rear transport wheels deploy when lifted for easy positioning. Dimensions are approximately 51.5″ × 29.5″ × 18.8″, with a unit weight around 42 kg (92 lb). 

Ideal Integration with F9 Trainer

Designed to align with the F9 Functional Trainer, this bench can be stored vertically to maintain a clean and compact footprint.
